1) Yes.
2) Probably no earlier than the 4th round, and it’s hard to say to what team. Scatbacks in general don’t go very highly (Felix Jones, Leon Washington and Darren Sproles all went in the middle rounds), and McCluster is just way too light to be taken very highly.
Jones and Washington are both over 200 pounds, and McCluster at this isn’t even 180.
That being said, I like him a lot because of his speed, motor and agressiveness, and he could be a nice returner/checkdown option, but not much more.
Yes….and his size and durability will scare teams away until the early-third round; remember how he was not used that much at the mid-season mark to gear things up for the rugged conference schedule down the stretch and he was ineffective at WR early in the season (until he became a “RB” in a spread formation). I see him going to the Raiders at #69….Al Davis will always draft speed over anything else, when available.

D-Millionaire has excellent points, but just to clear something up, Felix Jones was a first round pick (number 22 overall) by Dallas in 2008.
This could bode well for McCluster.
