I am happy with a bowler hat AVG 185. I am a big time shooter, but have problems, the implementation of plug and hook the ball into the habits of heavy oil. I am currently using a rage Brunswick as my primary ball. Just frustrated today.

Cup your wrist more when delivering the ball, slow down your ball speed, change the roughness of your coverstock by sanding it, or a combination of all of the above. Take your time when practicing and don’t be afraid to experiment.
