I have water and the tank emptied by flushing, now there is water in the bowl and it will not flush. I can not go to the toilet and left the rest of the drop of water on the floor, take him by the hand or is there an easier way. Thank you

use a wet vac to suck the rest out, or use a sponge to get it out, or use paper towel,
Turn water back on.
have tank lid off.
flush toilet.
As soon as flush done, lift float so water does not refill in tank. and shut off water.
Should have very little to remove.
After toilet pulled, be sure to have several old towels handy for the leftover water.
William B has the right idea, I watch a well named guy on H.G.T.V go to the ladys china cabinet and take one of her Tea cups for the job. W.B is right on Do that at least 2X a week . ?? Mike Who??? P/S I have a vac just for that job.
just use a shopvac — or test your skills and pull it up with the water — not much will come out IF you stay level carrying it
A big sponge is the most economical way, rather than a shopvac.
Whatever water is left in the toilet will stay in the toilet when you remove it providing that you keep the toilet tilted forward slightly. If you tilt the toilet backward, even a little, it will flush the remaining water onto the floor. With a helper, put cardboard in the tub and lift the toilet into the tub, while keeping it slightly tilted forward. When it is in the tub (or you can hold it over a 5 gallon bucket) tilt it backward and all the water will flush out. Then it is safe to carry through the house.
