I know 140 on average, and I can not drive bowling ball with my index and middle fingers and the ball using a fine curve or arc. But the bowling shop guy told me that I get arthritis if I do that long, so they buy me a ball drilled for my hand although it is hard cuz I do not makes use of 3 fingers. Are they telling me the truth?

my husband always used a 2 hole hook ball and never had any problems, ask your doctor but i think you will be fine. bowl the way you want
