The packaging says there is a “power meter”. There is not. I asked the representative for a refund and he refused, saying it is “policy”. I thought the customer came first. . . Now I am disgruntled and telling everyone I can about how horrible Crave Games treats their customers. . . NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CRAVE GAMES!!!!! Why won’t they just give me back my $40?

Why didn’t you just return the game to the store?
Also, if you check the packaging carefully, there’s usually something about how the screen shots may differ from actual game.
Finally, if you’re getting this worked up about a minor feature in a game, you seriously need to take a vacation – WITHOUT technology. Go to Maui or something.
Almost all game sellers won’t give refunds after the game has been opened unless they are physically damaged.
First of all, did you interpret the “power meter” correctly? You may need to unlock it, or turn it on in the game settings.
Anyway, why in the world do you need a power meter? Isn’t it supposed to be like real bowling? Does real bowling have a power meter?
